Why your site should look like this.
This page isn't a sales pitch. It's a plain-English look at what your current website is doing well, what it's doing poorly, and what Launchpad would change if you gave us the green light.
- Live site is on Webs.com, which is being sunset
Your existing site, naturalhealthpractitioner.webs.com, is built on Webs.com (Vistaprint Digital). The platform has been on a slow sunset path for years, the editor is barely maintained, and free Webs subdomains will eventually go offline. Today the URL itself returns connection errors from our automated audit, which means most people who try to load it from a search result see a broken page. The redesigned site is a real domain on Cloudflare Pages.
- URL is unbrandable
"naturalhealthpractitioner.webs.com" is hard to remember, hard to say at a community event, and looks suspicious in a phone-screen address bar. The redesigned preview ships on a clean Launchpad subdomain at $250 once, and you keep the option to point it at any real domain you buy (something like westlondoniridology.ca, londoniridology.com, etc.) for $15 a year.
- No real photography of the practice
The current site has very little imagery. The redesigned site uses three curated holistic-health photos as placeholders, clearly flagged for replacement during launch week with real photos of you, the consult room, and your iris-photography setup.
- No structured services page
Right now everything lives on one homepage paragraph. The redesigned site puts four chapters on Services, with verbatim "what to expect" bullets per chapter, so prospective clients understand what an initial consult, follow-up, herbal protocol, and family consult actually look like.
- Iridology framing is missing critical context
Most prospective clients do not know what iridology is. The redesigned site explains iridology in plain English on About, including the important honesty about what it is NOT (not diagnostic, used alongside conventional care, referrals out happen freely). That framing builds trust before the first call.
- No address card, no map embed
Visitors have no easy way to see exactly where 740 Wonderland Road South is, parking, or driving directions. The redesigned site includes a full Google Maps embed on Contact plus the suite-level address card on every page footer.
- The site doesn't work on phones
Text is tiny. Buttons don't fit. Images overflow. About 7 in 10 people looking for a local business in London are on a phone, and most of them leave immediately.
- The design looks out of date
Customers decide whether to trust a business in under 5 seconds, and they use the website to do it. A dated look makes an excellent business look like it's not paying attention.
- "Iridology and Holistic Health" as the hero
Set in STIX Two Text display serif against a deep-iris background, with amber accent. A practice that signals seriousness instead of clip-art-wellness.
- Plain-English iridology framing
One paragraph that says what it is, what it is not, and how it fits next to conventional medicine. Honest and useful. The first thing visitors read on About.
- Four-chapter Services page
Initial consult, follow-up, herbal and lifestyle, and family consults. Each with a verbatim bullet list of what is included. Patients know what they are paying for before they call.
- Three-principle "how we work" card row on Home and About
Listen to the body first. Trace patterns to root tendencies. Plan small, sustainable changes. Signals the consult is structured, not casual.
- Map embed plus suite-level address on Contact
Visual location instead of just a text address. Plus an honest "what to expect" card so first-time visitors know to bring bloodwork, current supplements, and a list of patterns they are noticing.
- A site that actually looks like a real business
Modern design that matches how your business actually feels, not a clicked-together template that looks like everyone else's.
- Works perfectly on phones
Most people looking for you are on a phone. This site is built for phones first, then tablets, then laptops, in that order.
- Everything you already have, better organized
Your hours, your services, your photos, your prices, your booking link, your menu, all of it, in one clean place that people can actually find.
- Fast, secure, and runs itself
Hosted on Cloudflare, the same network that powers Shopify and Discord. Always online, always secure, always fast. No plugins to update.
- You own it. Pay once. Forever.
$250 one time. No monthly fees for hosting. No subscription. No lock-in. The site is yours to keep, forever.
$250. One time. Yours forever.
You pay once. You own the website. Hosting is $0 per month. No monthly fees, no subscription, no surprise renewal email. If you ever stop using Launchpad, nothing happens, the site stays yours.
The monthly fees you'd be paying elsewhere.
Most website builders charge you every single month. The day you stop paying, your website is gone. Here's what that actually looks like over a year:
