Byron Animal Clinic was founded in 1980 by Dr. Will Fleury, and has been an independent, family-owned veterinary practice on the same Byron block ever since. Today the clinic is run by Dr. Connie Dahl, DVM, with three registered veterinary technicians and two long-tenured receptionists.

Dr. Connie Dahl is the clinic's current veterinarian. She started practicing small animal medicine in Barrie after graduating from the Ontario Veterinary College and brought that practice home to Byron. She's supported by a tight team that has run the front and back of this clinic for years.

A founder's note
Founded by Dr. Will Fleury in 1980.
Dr. Fleury opened Byron Animal Clinic when Commissioners Road West was still a quieter street, and built the practice around independent, relationship-based care. The clinic is still here, still independent, still on the same block.
